Terms of use
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms govern the use of LIVA, provided by [NOM DE L'EMPRESA] (tax ID [NIF], [ADREÇA]). By creating an account you accept them.
1. What LIVA is
LIVA is a tool for organising your clothes: recording pieces, building outfits, planning them on a calendar and seeing how you use your wardrobe. It works in the iPhone app and on the web, with the same account. It needs an internet connection.
2. Your account
- You must be 14 or older and use an email address that belongs to you.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
- You can delete your account at any time from My profile; all your data is deleted (see the Privacy policy).
3. Free version and LIVA Plus
| Free version | LIVA Plus | |
|---|---|---|
| Pieces | up to 40 (archived ones don't count) | unlimited |
| Outfits | up to 10 (deleting one frees a slot) | unlimited |
| Planning the calendar and reminders | the first 14 days after sign-up | always |
| Price and cost per wear | no | yes |
| Habits | one sample figure | all |
After the 14 days, the calendar you already have stays visible. The outfits you already have can always be edited. The free version's conditions may change; if a change works against you, we'll tell you in advance.
4. LIVA Plus subscription
- It is purchased in the iPhone app and charged by Apple to your Apple account. There is a monthly and a yearly plan; the price is shown before you confirm.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You manage and cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep LIVA Plus until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- If we change the price, Apple will tell you in advance and, where the law requires, ask you to accept it.
- The app downloaded from the App Store is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
5. Your content
What you add (pieces, notes, outfits, calendar) is yours. We only use it to show it to you and to run the app. LIVA's drawings, texts and design belong to [NOM DE L'EMPRESA] or their authors.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use LIVA for illegal activities, try to access other people's data, get around the free-version limits by technical means or overload the service. If that happens, we may suspend the account, warning you first whenever possible.
7. Liability
We try to keep LIVA running and to lose nothing, but there may be interruptions or errors. Habits figures and cost per wear are indicative. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, without limiting the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change them in an important way, we'll tell you in the app in advance. If you don't agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live. For any question: hola@livania.app.
